XL FIT

BUILDING A BETTER ATHLETE
PRE-SEASON PREP 2022

An Athletic Movement program designed to supplement a players regular training regimen, while helping them excel in their individual sport. The program will focus on improving Balance, Coordination and Functional Movement Techniques, while improving the bodies ability to Recover and Execute Explosive Movements repeatedly. The game continues to evolve and become more athletic meaning players have less time and space on the ball necessitating the need to be efficient and explosive with each movement. Our program will provide the athlete the necessary tools to improve themselves in their respective sport.
